Orders being sent Global Mail should arrive within approximately 14-21 days. In some cases, customs may delay delivery in certain countries and it may take as long as 3-4 weeks to be delivered.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
*All Orders:Please be accurate and double-check your shipping address to avoid any forwarding fees and receive your package as scheduled. We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to a customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
We do not request or require a signature for deliveries under $350.00, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature.
Orders received before 2:00pm EST will be processed and usually ship that same day. Orders received after 2:00pm EST will be processed immediately but will not ship until the following day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. All shipping times and dates are subject to change without notice.

Normal Returns
LandmarkHealthSolution will ONLY accept product returns on products that are guaranteed on their respective product page (Guarantee Seal) within 30 days that an order has been placed. Customers must email us and advise of of their intentions to return a product that has been guaranteed. Customer service will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via an email. The email will be delivered from info@lhsinfo.com and it will contain the Return Authorization Number and the customer care agents' name who assigned it. You must write your Return Authorization Number on EXTERIOR of your return shipment. Please do not attempt to send unapproved product returns back to us. For security reasons, ALL shipments returned without a RAN number will be refused. Sorry, there will be absolutely no exceptions.
Returns should be sent with a delivery confirmation or tracking.LandmarkHealthSolution will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. All returns must include used/unused product that was ordered. Any return sent with invoice only will not be accepted.
Please retain a copy of this (RAN) email for your records. It will serve as your proof of valid approved product return. You must write this number on your invoice and include it on your return package. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product(s). No product will be accepted after 30 days from the day that an order was placed. All other returns are not accepted.

Shipment Errors
If you should receive a product that doesn't match your original order LandmarkHealthSolutionwill correct the situation. In this event you must email us within 24 hours after the receipt of shipment at info@lhslive.com and provide the following information:
1. Your order number
2. Your name
3. The product(s) being returned
4. Reason(s) for return
5. Daytime phone number
For orders that we need to make a replacement or return because it does not match your original order, we will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up by DHL by issuing a product return call tag and provide you with simple instructions to comply with.
Damages
LandmarkHealthSolution makes every effort to safely secure and ship all of our packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. In this event you must email us within 24 hours after the receipt of shipment at info@lhslive.com We will then contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise box. Upon their confirmation, we will then replace the item or issue you a credit for the amount of the confirmed damaged merchandise.
WE WILL NOT, under any circumstances, accept any returns on already opened items(excluding products that are guaranteed by their respective manufacturer). ALL products with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer.LandmarkHealthSolutionis not responsible for health or fitness claims, any or general or specific guarantees made by manufacturers of any product. If a product guarantee is specified on a product page it must go through the manufacturer.
In limited situations, we may approve a product return because of exceptional circumstances, not including damaged or products not matching your original order. In these cases, there will be a 25% Restocking Fee calculated against the total cost of the product being returned. Also, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment. All of the above product return directives must be complied with, including but not limited to the assignment of a Return Authorization Number.
No product will be accepted after 30 days from the day that your order was placed. Please understand that to provide our ultra-low prices, we must operate on very small margins. Returns are very costly to us and even unopened products will not be resold. Therefore, products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you don't like a particular flavor or product consistency. We will not allow for individual subject taste to have a negative influence over our tremendous pricing structure that we offer our loyal customer base.
Back Orders
We regularly stock every item that we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain a large inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will contact you via your email address, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. LandmarkHealthSolution will incur the cost of the shipping charges in delivering these partial shipments.
